Michael is the COO and has been with credX since November 2016. Prior to that, he worked for over 15 years as a financial planner for high-net-worth private customers, gaining comprehensive experience with digital consulting and credit brokerage platforms such as prohyp and EUROPACE. He is responsible for organisation & operations at credX.

Lutz is a founder and responsible for strategic business development, data analysis, and the customer segment of alternative capital providers at credX. He is a proven regulatory and capital markets expert both in theory and practice: Professor at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, Eurex Exchange Council, advisor to the EU Commission on PRIIPs and MiFID, founder and supervisory board member of various FinTechs and RegTechs.

Christian has been with credX since February 2017. He is responsible for investor relations and, together with the CEO, for the technical development of the platform. A graduate in business administration, he worked as a self-employed financial planner (hedging, financing and investment). He then worked at Bankhaus Lampe in the mezzanine fund team.

Daniel has been working in the back office at credX since July 2018. After graduating in business law and business administration, he spent four years at PwC in the regulatory management department, auditing and advising banks and regulated financial services providers.

Daniela has been with credX since May 2022. She heads the team of specialists that prepares and supports financing requests together with the relationship managers. As a mortgage banker and real estate specialist, she brings with her 18 years of treasury experience from partly listed groups, in addition to sound commercial financing know-how.

Daniel is a shareholder and senior advisor. With almost 30 years in global banking and corporate finance in senior positions at Deutsche Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and BNP Paribas both domestically & abroad, he brings with him banking expertise and access to top decision-makers at banks and large corporations.

Andreas is a shareholder and senior advisor. He brings his experience and access to decision-makers gained from almost 20 years in senior management positions at Austrian banks and a decade spent mainly in Germany as a strategy consultant for banks.

Markus is senior advisor to credX. As former McKinsey Partner and Accenture Managing Director and active Fintech Board Member he is contributing his expertise in corporate development, product/market and technology strategy.

Marcel joined credX in April 2022 as a working student with a focus on IT. He primarily supports the team in data analysis, IT development and optimizing our web presence. He is currently completing his Master of Information Science at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences.

Philipp is the founder and chairman of the supervisory board. He is the CEO of XTP. Over the last 15 years, he has founded, built and successfully sold several FinTechs / RegTechs. These investments have given him a deep insight of the requirements of institutional investors and how to solve them technologically.

Wolfram is a founder and supervisory board member. He has access to a worldwide network of institutional investors. He has also brought his experience from senior positions in private equity (Altira/Clearsight), hedge funds (GAM), and as a board member of XTP to other start-ups.

Ralf has been a member of the credX AG supervisory board since August 2021. He is a professor at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich and a proven capital market expert, especially in the areas of banking, lending and corporate finance, rating as well as quantitative methods. He is also a member of various supervisory and advisory boards as well as a publicly appointed and sworn expert for “Securities, Derivatives and Stock Exchanges” (IHK Munich/Upper Bavaria).
