Acquisition Financing for Neighborhood Retail Properties

In this edition of our ‘Insights,’ we share our experiences on how acquisition financing for neighborhood retail properties has developed in the first half of the year. During this period alone, we tendered ten acquisition financings for over 40 neighborhood retail properties on our platform. Of these, eight have already been financed, and two are close to loan approval. We provide insights into the conditions that were offered and ultimately concluded, and furthermore, we specifically address which success factors should be particularly considered in tenders within this segment at present.
