Ralf is a shareholder and CEO. He has known both sides of the credit and issuance market for over 15 years: as CFO of BHW Bausparkasse, Head of M&A and CRO of Postbank, and as CFO of the vwd Group. At vwd, he also gained experience with highly scalable IT solutions for the financial sector.
Michael Müller | COO
Michael is COO and has been with credX since November 2016. Prior to that, he worked for over 15 years as a financial planner for high-net-worth private clients, gaining extensive experience with digital advisory and loan brokerage platforms such as prohyp and EUROPACE. At credX, he is responsible for Organization & Operations.
Prof. Dr. Lutz Johanning | Senior Advisor
Lutz is a founder and is responsible for strategic business development, data analysis, and the acquisition of alternative capital providers at credX. He is a proven regulatory and capital market expert in theory and practice: Professor at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, Eurex Exchange Council member, advisor to the EU Commission for PRIIPs and MiFID, founder and supervisory board member of various FinTechs and RegTechs.
Daniel Böhm | Senior Manager Organization
Daniel has been working in the back office at credX since July 2018. After completing degrees in Business Law and Business Administration, he worked for four years at PwC in Regulatory Management, where he was involved in auditing and advising banks and regulated financial service providers.
Paul Zelder | Head of Origination
Paul has been with credX since July 2021. As Head of Origination, he is responsible for sales and the associated internal and external processes. The business lawyer worked for a leading commercial real estate financier in the back office and as a relationship manager since early 2018.
aisio.ai | Virtual AI Assistant
aisio.ai has been with credX since January 2025. The virtual AI assistant was developed by credX together with deepset and Fakir IT and is based on modern Foundation Models and RAG technology (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). It supports the team through partially automated analyses of Commercial Real Estate data rooms, thus contributing to more efficient processes and a higher quality of results.

With 25 years of experience in investment banking in leading sales and client relations positions at Commerzbank and his own company, he brings cross-asset investment expertise with a strong focus on private assets.
