In front of well-attended rows, credX CEO Dr. Ralf Kauther presented the credX Transaction as a Service platform to the attending representatives of banks and savings banks – a marketplace for large-volume financing, particularly for commercial real estate financing. Several institutions present have already gained experience with credX and were able to share this with other participants. In his presentation and his answers to the participants’ questions, Ralf Kauther emphasized the following points:

- The platform digitally maps the entire process from the initial data collection to the disbursement.
- The credX team of experienced bankers supports borrowers and investors not only in using the platform, but also in structuring and executing the transaction as a whole.
- Borrowers and investors can decide for themselves how actively they use the platform. The credX team manages the transaction on the platform and provides all essential information there, but also communicates with its business partners on all other common channels.
- Personal contact is and remains very important in such complex transactions. The credX platform does not replace this, but relieves those involved of a lot of work. Key resources are thus relieved and can concentrate on negotiating the right financing solution.
