On April 10, 2025, our webinar “Data room analysis with generative AI” took place with great success. 34 participants from the finance and real estate industry learned about current developments in the field of AI-supported document analysis – from generative models to IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) to practical application in the analysis of entire data rooms.

Dr. Ralf Kauther (CEO, credX AG) and Simon Fakir (CEO, Fakir Technology Consultants GmbH) presented, among other things, our specially developed analysis assistant DaniV. This enables the structured evaluation of extensive data rooms in a fraction of the previous time and is already in productive use. The time saved in this way is over 40%.

The subsequent Q&A session focused on the costs and effort involved in in-house development compared to SaaS solutions, possible uses for different asset classes, and questions about multilingualism and data protection. The new offer of a multi-client capable SaaS solution, aisio, met with particular interest – especially as a cost-efficient introduction to IDP practice.
