Webinar Review: Data Room Analysis with Generative AI

On April 10, 2025, our webinar “Data Room Analysis with Generative AI” was a great success. 34 participants from the finance and real estate industries learned about current developments in the field of AI-supported document analysis – from generative models to IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) to the practical application in the analysis of entire data rooms.

Dr. Ralf Kauther (CEO, credX AG) and Simon Fakir (CEO, Fakir Technology Consultants GmbH) presented, among other things, our specially developed analysis assistant DaniV. This enables the structured evaluation of extensive data spaces in a fraction of the time previously required and is already being used productively. The working time saved is over 40%.

In the subsequent Q&A session, the focus was particularly on costs and effort for in-house development compared to SaaS solutions, possible applications for different asset classes, as well as questions on multilingualism and data protection. In particular, the new offer of a multi-tenant SaaS solution aisio met with great interest – especially as a cost-efficient entry into IDP practice.
