New Release of the credX Platform

We are pleased to introduce our latest release! With this update, we have integrated numerous improvements and new functions into our platform. Borrowers can start their loan requests even more easily on our platform, and lenders can process them much more conveniently and efficiently.

Brief Overview of the New Features

  • Easier start to a tender: Faster and easier start to transactions.
  • New status category: Addition of the status “withdrawn” in the tender history.
  • Extended history function: Change history now also available for easyaccess accounts.
  • Extended document overview: Lenders now have comprehensive insight into the document requirements with easyaccess.
  • Performance optimizations: Our platform now runs even faster and more stably.

Below you will find a detailed description of the changes. We would also be happy to present the new features to you in a joint appointment. Simply contact us or book an appointment here!

Start of a Tender

After accepting the brokerage offer in the “Offer and Lender Management” tab, you can now start the transaction with two simple clicks in the “Transaction Parameters” tab (“Release for start” and “Start now”).

Tender History

The new status “withdrawn” has been added to the tender list in the “closed/cancelled” tab. This status informs lenders about transactions in which they were initially invited but did not participate until the end. The status of the transactions is thus “frozen” as it existed at the time of withdrawal.

Change History

Lenders with easyaccess can now access the history of the transactions and recognize all changes (e.g. newly uploaded documents, changes to the access permissions) at a glance. This history can be accessed via the tender list, and the entries can be sorted by name of the tender, user, date and description. They correspond to the anonymous notifications that are sent by e-mail.

Insight into Document Requirements

In the document management area, lenders can now also view the “Document Requirements” tab. Here you can see all the document requirements that they have made to the borrowers in the process. Lenders have access to explanations and comments from the borrower and credX customer service, as well as to linked documents including their status (open, rejected, in progress, completed).
