Thanks to Generative AI, it has become possible to efficiently evaluate complex, unstructured documents, such as those commonly used in real estate transactions, by machine. We use Generative AI very successfully for our own processes, e.g. when setting up and evaluating financing data rooms, selecting capital providers, evaluating indications and term sheets and reviewing lease and credit agreements.
Together with our Gen AI technology partners deepset and Fakir IT, we have created an analysis tool specialized for real estate documents that saves us 30-40% analysis time. It not only enables the creation of financing memoranda, but can be used for a wide range of evaluations of data rooms of any size, e.g. for real estate transactions, project management or asset management of individual properties and portfolios.
